Customer Announcement: Passenger Lift Closure
We are excited to announce that we will be installing a brand-new passenger lift to improve reliability and enhance your experience with us. To carry out this upgrade, our current lift will be out of service for six weeks, from 24 March 2025 to 5 May 2025 inclusive.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience and concern, and we appreciate your patience while we make these improvements. Our team will be available to assist where needed, including providing access to the ground floor changing rooms as and when required. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of our team so that we can discuss possible options to minimise impact during this period.
