Sportspark would like to confirm our intention to adjust the current Sportspark pricing, for a number of our activities, effective from September 2024.
As Sportspark celebrates over 24 years of service, it benefits from significant investments in both customer-facing facilities and infrastructure. In the past year alone our customers have benefited from the following:
Looking ahead, we have planned further significant investments for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025, including outdoor lighting upgrades, a new 5-a-side pitch, and the installation of an accessible pool lift.
Operational running costs continue to grow and while we have attempted to minimise passing on such costs to our customers wherever possible, these costs must be accounted for in order to protect the longevity of the facilities. We do not take price increases lightly and understand the impact these adjustments will have an impact on our customers.
Our goal remains to offer a competitive pricing structure that supports our strategy of broadening participation, improving wellbeing, and serving the community. Having completed a comprehensive pricing review including a comparison of local provision and similar facilities, in terms of both standard and services, we are confident that our pricing schedule for 2024-25 continues to provide excellent value for money.
Please note a significant number of activities and memberships will see prices frozen. To thank the ongoing commitment shown to us by our members, membership prices will again be held despite the additional benefits that have been added to a number of categories, such as online and virtual group exercise and athletics track access implemented for Gold and Silver members.
Membership continues to be the most cost-effective way to enjoy Sportspark, no matter your activity choice, offering a lower percentage increase compared to the majority of our Pay and Play pricing adjustments.

The adjusted pricing will apply to activities from Monday 2 September 2024.
Please note that no amendments will be made to any Direct Debits or scheduled payments without further direct communication with those members or customers. Any impact on events and conferencing bookings will be further communicated by the team in due course and will not impact any bookings that have a signed booking confirmation already in place.
