Our fantastic air-conditioned studio has a sprung wooden floor and superb views across Earlham Park. All of our instructors are fully qualified, insured and more importantly welcoming and enthusiastic. They want to make sure that you get the most out of your class.

Gold Sportscard holders benefit from FREE peak and off peak group exercise classes. Silver Sportscard holders benefit from FREE off peak group exercise classes.

If you have paid a concession price, i.e. Bronze or Educational member, you are not eligible for a refund, but you will be able to move your booking to a class on a new date/time for a fee of £2, subject to availability. (This policy is in line with our standard activity cancellation policy, i.e., no cancellations/movements on the day).
If you have booked a class on a Pay & Play basis (non-member), but need to cancel, no refund will be given and you cannot change class/dates.
Gold and Silver members have the ability to cancel their booked classes up to (but not within) the 3 hours before the advertised start time. You can cancel your class through the online booking site, via telephone or in person, without charge. Please note that the attendance of classes is monitored and Gold & Silver members who book a place but do not show will be charged between £3.05 – £5.25 depending on the time and duration of the class.
Please be aware that there will be no admittance to the studios once a class has commenced.
